Return & Exchange Policy
Please review the following information regarding refunds and exchanges:
Non-Clothing Purchases
We do not offer refunds for non-clothing purchases due to a change of mind. However, we are happy to provide an exchange if the product(s) are returned in their original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
Clothing Purchases
For clothing items, we may, at our discretion, exchange an item if it is returned in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. This applies to cases where you wish to exchange the item for the same item in a different size. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase or upon receipt of the item.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us, and we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We will provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange, or credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange or refund. This includes courier or postage fees back to Bridal Fusion. However, Bridal Fusion will cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser. Please note that we cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using postage tracking for returns as we cannot refund or exchange items that go missing in the post. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase or upon receipt of the item.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact Bridal Fusion at steph@bridalfusion.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. In some cases, we may request images of the product.
No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale items.
