  1. Bridal Fusion Limited (the Company, we and us) is committed to protecting the personal information of all its members and users of its website and hub (Users).

  1. This privacy policy applies to all instances in which personal information is collected from a User by the Company.
  2. By accessing and/or using the products, content and/or services offered by the Company (the Products and Services), each User consents to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

  1. The Company may change this privacy policy by uploading a revised privacy policy to its website.
  2. All Users agree to be bound by the privacy policy that is in effect at the time they access and/or use the Products and Services.

Collection of Personal Information

  1. The Company may collect the following personal information from Users: 
    1. The User's name, phone number, residential address and email address.
    2. The User's gender, date of birth, identification, job title, place of employment or business.
    3. The User’s IP address in order to determine that User’s geographic location.
    4. Any communication with the Company either directly, via phone or email.
    5. Information obtained by or submitted to the Company from the Customer through that User’s use (or prospective use) of the Products and Services.

  1. The Company uses cookies (being an alphanumeric identifier that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive so that we can recognise your browser) in order to monitor your use of the website.
  2. Users may disable cookies by changing the settings on their browser, although this may mean that you cannot use all of the features of the Website.

Disclosure of Information

  1. Unless expressly authorised to do so by the relevant User or under this privacy policy, the Company will not disclose any User's personal information to any third party except where disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (as stated in clause 5 above) or where it may be required by law to do so.

Protection and Retention of Personal Information

  1. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the personal information collected, used or disclosed in accordance with this privacy policy is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
  2. The Company will hold personal information collected in accordance with this privacy policy both before and after the provision of its Products and Services, but only for so long as we are legally entitled to do so.
  3. This Company utilises the BNZ Cybersource payment page.  Cardholders are redirected from this website to the BNZ Cybersource payment environment to enter their payment details.  The BNZ secure payment solution supports 3D secure authentication, verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
  4. BNZ Cybersource also allows logged-in cardholders to securely store their credit card details so they can complete future purchases faster.  Credit card details will be stored securely within a Cybersource 'token vault' and are associated with the billing address stored with the customer record on this site.  We neither store or process card details on this site.

Access to and Updates of Personal Information

  1. Users may request to see the personal information that is held by the Company on its behalf or to correct or update any personal information.

Severability

  1.
