To help us find the perfect match for your gown, please complete this form with all the details below. This will act as our agreement to sell your gown on your behalf at Bridal Fusion. Please refer to Terms of Service here for more details.

- Style (cheongsam, qun kwa, Western gown, reception dress etc)
- Size (NZ / AU / US equivalent)
- Colour(s)
- Fabric / Material (e.g. silk, lace, satin)
- Embellishments (beading, embroidery, sequins, etc.)
- Condition, for example, new, worn once, altered, minor marks, missing details etc
- Original Purchase Price
- Selling Price (your recommended price point)
Images
Please email high-quality photos to steph@bridalfusion.co.nz including:
- Front view
- Back view
- Close-up details
- Any labels, tags, or brand details
- Any marks, imperfections or alterations
- Photos of you wearing the gown, if comfortable.
We'd recommend sharing photos of you wearing the gown, as brides and grooms are more likely to enquire when they can see how it looks on.
Logistics
- Gown has been dry-cleaned, washed, or is in clean, ready-to-sell condition
- Keep the gown safely stored with you until it sells
- Gown to remain in the same condition as listed and photographed
- Seller to ship the gown directly to the buyer once Bridal Fusion confirms the sale
- Confirm whether you allow potential buyers to try-on or view the gown before purchasing

- Yes, allow try-ons/ viewings
- No, I do not allow try-ons/ viewings
If you allow try-ons/ viewings, Bridal Fusion will pass on your contact details to interested buyers so you can arrange a suitable viewing time directly.
Try-ons are optional and are at the seller's discretion. For privacy and safety, we recommend arranging viewings in a safe and comfortable location and only share details you are comfortable with.
