I can't decide which gown! Do you offer try-ons?

Yes, please book an appointment with Steph via the 'Contact Us' form.  This is currently only available in Auckland. We do not offer postal try-ons.

Are all your gowns cleaned in between hires & is the price is inclusive of cleaning costs? 

Yes, to both!

When do I have to pay for the hire?

Your booking is only confirmed once you have paid for the hire.

What date do I select the date when hiring the gown?

Please select the date you wish to wear the gown(s).  Orders must be placed 7 working days prior to this date to ensure timely delivery.

I need the gown(s) earlier than the 7 working day, help!

How long can I hire the gown(s) for?

Our pricing is for 5 working days. If you would like to hire for longer, please contact Steph via the 'Contact Us' form.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, only from Massey, West Auckland or Auckland CBD.  Please contact Steph a day in advance to arrange a time.

Can I cancel and get a full refund?

There is a 20% charge for cancellation up to 2 weeks before the use date. There is no charge for cancellation before this and a full refund will be provided back to your credit card.

How do I return the gown? 

Please return the gown(s) by using the prepaid bag it arrived with and hand it over to the cashier at NZ Post.

Are there late return fees? 

Yes, all gown(s) must be returned by the due date, unless prior arrangements have been made with Bridal Fusion by Steph. The return due date will be confirmed as we process your order. Late returns will incur a charge of $20 per day until the gown(s) are returned. Late return charges will be deducted from your bond.

What does the bond cover and how much is it?

The bond covers loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes any signs of food or drink staining that cannot be cleaned, and tears or rips that cannot be repaired. The bond is $50 per gown(s), payable at the time of order.

How does the refund bond work? 

The bond is refunded back to your credit card.

OOPS! I accidently damaged or lost the gown(s).  What now? 

Loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the hirer at the full retail value. The charge will be deducted from your bond.
