FAQs - Preloved Wedding Gowns

    For Brides Selling Their Gown

How does it work if I want to sell my gown?

You’ll submit your gown details via our online form, including pictures via email, drop it off at our boutique, and we’ll showcase it online, on social media, and in-store. Once sold, you’ll receive 70% of the final sale price.

    What gowns do you accept?

We accept cultural bridal gowns that are in excellent condition, no more than 5 years old, and professionally cleaned.

How long will it take to sell my gown?

It depends on demand, designer, and style. Some gowns sell quickly, while others may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

    Who sets the price?

Pricing is set collaboratively between you and Bridal Fusion. We’ll provide market insight to ensure it’s fair and appealing to brides-to-be.

When will I receive my payment from sale?

Once the gown sells, we will be in touch with you for your bank details and bank transfer 70% of the final sale price.

What happens if my gown doesn’t sell?

You’ll have the option to either:

    1. Collect your gown from our boutique, or
    2. Keep it listed with us for longer.

    For Brides Buying Preloved Gowns

How do I try on a preloved gown?

You can book a fitting at our boutique to try on any gown from our collection. We’ll make sure the experience feels just as special as shopping brand new.

Are preloved gowns in good condition?

Yes. Every gown is carefully inspected, approved, and cleaned before being listed.

    What sizes are available?

Preloved gowns vary by bride, so our stock changes often. We recommend browsing online regularly or booking a fitting to see the latest arrivals.

    Can gowns be altered?

Absolutely! Like new gowns, most preloved gowns can be altered by a professional seamstress for the perfect fit.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Preloved gowns are final sale, so we encourage brides to try them on in-store before purchasing.
